So please do not take us as fool in pre-order experience.

Where is the measurement stated?

Is it accurate?
Sorry, we tried our best to get the accurate measurement from supplier.
Please try to understand it.
How much difference in the measurement?
Difference cm might be from 2-4cm.
So please tried measure your current clothes and compare.
How long will the items arrives?
Our timing stated 30-60days after pre-order closed.
But we will try our best to get the items arrive before the stated timing.
Sometimes may due to public holiday or rest day, hope babes can be more understanding.
Do I have email you for updates?
No, there's no need for you to email us.
We will email you the updates.

Do I really have to pay in full amount in order to pre-order?
Yes, you have to otherwise pre-order will not be able to process it.

Because we have some customers who pay deposit, in the end they give up the deposit and did not wait for the items arrive.
SO to ensure that all customers gets what they want and what they paying for.
This is a must to pay in full so that when items arrive we will post out to them without worries of another payment need to pay.
We understand that some customers might have difficulty in making a second payment thus we ONLY accept one time payment which is better for customer's pocket.
I ordered the accurate color but end up another color arrived, can I request for exchange?
Sorry, we unable to do exchange.
We tried our best to best quality pictures from supplier.
Some color might be lighter or darker.
Thus we are very fussy about the product we put up for pre-order so we hope there's no mis-color quality to be arrive in our pre-order.
We hope customers can understand our effort as we do put in as customer's shoes of hoping to purchase what we like to.
Missing buttons, not sew properly, can I request for refund?
Sorry, no refund is accepted.We always remind suppliers to check our stock each and every pieces before shipping to us.
And in case of missing button, customers will have to source the buttons.
As for sewing, we hope customers can source out the sewing by bringing it to tailor.
*We are very sorry if these things happened, so far we only encounter 0.01% before which was long time ago.
I pre-ordered white color items but end up some color stain on it.
Sorry, no refund is accepted too.
We did warn in pre-ordered pages, light color might have some fault as we will not be responsible for it.

Yes, you can request for exchange BUT shipping charges to and from you will have to bear it.
There's no other way out? I really like it very much!

Cause pre-order take place in other countries thus we do not stock item so we unable to do any refund/exchange.
